Intellijel shared this video demo of their Digiverb – a 1U lo-fi reverb effect unit that uses an Accutronics digital reverb ‘tank’ module.

They say the sound as “somewhere between a virtual spring reverb and a dense multi tap delay, but the effect is quite musical and interesting”.
