In this case, Fuller has a gorgeous Moog modular system and wanted to expand it with a few Synthesizers.com modules and some custom panels. He could have used ready made options, but, instead, did it the old-school way, making a DIY 5U cabinet, cutting and bending aluminum to make custom panels, and putting together a solution that works for his unique requirements.
