This video, via chc? harmonii, captures a performance of the Polish carol Let us all go to the little barn.
The performance features the uses of a TEControl BBC2 to add expressive breath control.

That was awesome. Great performance!
I still don’t understand why these things costs over 200 €?
Wild guess:
The market is too small and not enough competition.
The concept of making a breath controller does not need to cost more than 20-30 €

As the owner of a small business in the Netherlands I understand well the upfront costs, risks and challenges of bringing a new product to market in small quantities. Therefore I don’t think this is overpriced at all. For reference the old Yamaha BC3 cost 90 euro before being discontinued in 2011. That was a few years ago and in addition it was a non-USB design with only a single breath sensor.
Anyway if you are bored and think there is not enough competition, and you can make it cheaper, why haven’t you started yet?
Really lovely! Which sample library for the trumpet? And where can the breath controller be purchased?
The trumpet sounds like it is from Samplemodeling: http://www.samplemodeling.com
The breath controller is made by a small Swedish company: http://www.tecontrol.se/products/usb-midi-breath-bite-controller-2
As far as I know they have no resellers but it only took a few days to get it (i’m in Germany).
