At Superbooth 2018, Taktaktak introduced a new line of minimal cases for Eurorack synthesizers.
The designs included desktop, console, upright, and wallmount eurorack synth enclosures. The cases are made of powder-coated steel, in a variety of colors.

I’ve been waiting for something like this. I figured there was always some limitation that didn’t allow for cases to be slimmer. Is there a downside to this?
You may have to watch depth on older modules. Most new ones are “skiff friendly”.
They do not have anything for sale. Everything is listed as sold out.
For what you get – a minimal box with rails and no power seems very expensive
