Audiomodern has released Morph, a sample collection “loaded with nostalgic lo-fi goodness.” The pack combines a raw and retro aesthetic with deep and emotive musicality and music loops which are soaked in saturation, character and vibe.
Morph’s 623MB collection is contains what Audiomodern describes as “cassette-crunched melodics, mutated basslines, foley-infused drum patterns & percussion, dusty textures, grainy FX and One Shots,” designed for use in pop, lo-fi ambient, synthwave and cinematic tracks. Morph samples were created with a variety of classic synths and machines, retro tape-deck resampling and outboard processing.
Morph includes more than 160 loops and 30 one shots organized into folders. All loops were then “mangled, chopped, stretched and twisted” into unique loops that are ready to be dragged straight into the user’s DAW.

Some good sounds. Why “only” 4 voices – is it super-CPU heavy? A video walkthrough would be welcomed.
