Ableton has opened registration for its fourth Loop event. Loop is Ableton’s annual conference for music makers, a three-day summit featuring talks, performances, hands-on workshops and studio sessions focused on sharing ideas on music, technology and creative practice.

Loop 2018 will explore, in-depth, the wide range of solutions for computer-based performance, creative collaboration, and how artists tell stories with sound and music, among other topics and themes. Over the first several years of the event, Loop summits were held in Berlin, which is also the home base for Ableton. For Loop 2018, the summit moves to Los Angeles, with events happening November 9 – 11 in select venues in Hollywood. Session and performance locations include East West Studios and the Montalbán Theatre. More event venues will be announced in the coming months as details are confirmed.

Participants can register via the Loop website on the Ableton website. Those wishing to attend are encouraged to register early, as space is very limited.
