Trick’s Magic Shop has introduced the Presto Chango – a passive adapter box that provides the use of up to 4 expression foot pedals, like the Moog EP2 and EP3, with your modular synthesizer.
It’s available in two versions, for either banana jack format modular synths, such as Buchla and Serge, or Eurorack format, and is designed to give you hands-free control over any CV parameter.
Note: The Presto Chango has been tested to work with Moog EP2 and Moog EP3 Pedals, which have TRS audio connectors. Others with a TRS connector may work, but have not been tested. Expression Pedals with only a TS style connector will not work with the Presto Chango.

Hah! A passive box. So actually its just a TRS / stereo or mono 6.25 Jack to banana or 3.5 Jack converter.
