This video captures composer Edmund Eagan performing on a Haken Audio ContinuuMini connected to a La Voix du Luthier Onde resonator.
The performance highlights how the Onde can be use with electronic instruments like the ContinuuMini to create sounds and performances that mix electronic and acoustic sound.
The Onde, and its sibling resonator the Pyramid, are being produced via a Kickstarter project that has already reached its funding goal. We talked with Onde creator Christophe Duquesne in a recent interview, La Voix Du Luthier & The New Shape Of Electronic Sound.
The ContinuuMini is an upcoming instrument from the creators of the Continuum. It combines a powerful synth engine with a controller that allows for continuous expressive control over sounds. The developers plan to introduce the ContinuuMini via a Kickstarter project later this year.
I only want a ContinuuMini with it’s “powerful synth engine”, to control to synths + VST’s I already have.
Very nice demonstration of these two products. I imaging the sound of the Onde is going to be even clearer in person.
