Sunday Synth Jam: Composer & synth designer Edmund Eagan shared this multi-tracked improvisational piece for the ContinuuMini – a new expressive synthesizer that combines the synth engine of the Haken Continuum with a smaller controller.
Here’s what Eagan has to say about the performance:
“An improvisational piece recording track by track of the Vln Via Cel Bass 2 preset on the ContinuuMini, mixed through a reverb convolution of the Théâtre du Capitole in Toulouse, France.”
I wonder if Dead Can Dance use Haken products?
Wouldn’t it be nice if some of these demos used a nice violin sound and played something simple and beautiful, instead of using these grating sounds?
No.
Yes.
Great work Ed!
pitch bends still sound chipmunk-y
Sounds great, keep up the good work.
