Woooooooooo…nothing like seeing this first thing in the morning! I just LOVE Italo
I just love my CZ.
For many years my live rig included 2 CZ1000s. I also had 2 of the mini key version CZ101. Awesome synths.
I used a CZ101 as a module for a long time. The buttons were squishy and unnerving, so I programmed carefully, but it added a lot of welcome high end to my analog gear. It was great for making D-50-like layers where it contributed a tight attack or a bell. Phase distortion is a poor man’s FM, so it was fun to see how often it found a way to go beyond just that area. I wonder how many units of the software versions have sold?
Wasn’t aware of this group so thanks for posting this. More great patch sets on their website.
Don’t have a CZ? Check out the VirtualCZ, an excellent emulation/librarian VST.
We need more synths with 8 step envelopes! (Well, more like 9 really because of the sustain point.)
Will it work on the iPad version?
