It’s so ‘meta’ to sell a hardware synth (Prophet x) that plays samples of other synths, including a similar one (OB-6) which that company also sells.

Sounds good but these are still samples. To make other sounds of the original synth, are we then stuck?
Not really getting an OBX vibe here, maybe it’s just soundcloud, but the bright garishness of the filter and the lack of creamy or smooth sound in these samples don’t seem to approximate the Ob at all. Strange.
Does it have deep multi samples for every possible envelope shape and time on the filter envelope? For every patch?
Also, the reverb sounds different from the OBX. In that there isn’t any on the original.
