Today, Ableton announced the dates and location of the next Loop conference. The three-day summit is returning to Berlin, April 24-26, 2020.
The event, described by organizers as ‘A Summit for Music Makers’, is three days of talks, performances and hands-on workshops that revolve around the sharing of ideas about music, technology and creative practice.
The full program and list of participants, presenters and performers for Loop 2020 – including the night program – will be announced closer to the event. We’ll keep you updated here as information becomes available, but you can also sign up for news of the event on the Ableton Loop website.
To get an idea of what to expect at the next Loop, here’s a look back at previous Loop events in Berlin in 2016 and 2017, and at Loop 2018, which happened last November in Los Angeles.
Summit… that is very grandiose and delusional.

Looking forward to this returning to Europe and love that it overlaps with Superbooth, so I can see both in the same trip.
I will miss the Funkhaus, though! It was a cool venue, though it was located far from the centre of town.
