Synthesist Jexus shared this bizarro demo video for the Roland JD-XA synthesizer, complete with awesome custom patches and B-movie video clips.
You can view part 1 of his look at the JD-XA below:
If you’re a JD-XA owner, you can get the custom sounds via Jexus’s site.
“For my Patreon supporters, I’ll let you know about new videos two weeks before I release them so that you can still afford them on the used market” — Jexus
(kidding)
The JD-XA is a unique, great sounding synth, one that does not get the recognition that it deserves. Go to any music retailer’s website (e.g. Sweetwater) and read the reviews from JD-XA owners/users. If I had the extra Benjamins, the scratch, the samolians, I would purchase a JD-XA.
Jexus saves!
Jordan Ruddess cries himself to sleep every night wishing he were Jexus
that is the funniest thing i’ve read all week
Great to see you back Jexus !
Jexus rises again
How to demo a musical instrument: PLAY IT!!
Too bad Roland doesn’t bother to look at stuff like this.
