Expressive E shared this look at their upcoming Osmose expressive keyboard, featuring film composer Tom Holkenborg (aka Junkie XL).
The Osmose is designed to go beyond the performance capabilities of traditional keyboards by adding three additional expressive options:
- polyphonic initial pressure
- high quality polyphonic aftertouch
- polyphonic pitch control
The Osmose features an internal sound engine, EaganMatrix, which is the same sound engine used by the Haken Continuum.
The Osmose is currently under development and is expected to be available later this year. See the Expressive E site for additional details.
