The DX84 is an extreme 80’s mod of the Yamaha Reface DX synthesizer, created by Swedish artist Love Hultén.
Hultén is an audiovisual artist and craftsman who specializes in creating one-of-a-kind objects that fuse modern technol0gy with quirky, retro-inspired designs.

Never understood why Yamaha didn’t release desktop version small enough to fit on the corner of most keyboard.
It would’ve been a massive succes for sure. Maybe in the future Yamaha will get it right.
