Technical details:
The video captures a Harpejji performance, real time processed and played through the Continuum Fingerboard sound engine and an Onde resonator.
I love it! I think it’s a really clever use of electronics to make something that’s both acoustic/organic and electronic at the same time. Meets my need for human and cutting edge simultaneously. Regardless it’s just a pretty sound and composition that makes me feel peaceful. The result of the resonated harp almost sounds like a flute.
Glad you enjoyed it Matt. It was very fun and musically rewarding to explore this work flow.
John Starrett’s brilliant work continues to influence and inspire.
