Sonic Zest has introduced Quantum Choir, a new virtual instrument for Kontakt that is inspired by two very unique soundtracks:
- the late Jóhann Jóhannsson’s score for Arrival, and
- John William’s piece Palpatine’s Teachings from the Revenge of the Sith.
Quantum Choir is based on samples from a classically-trained tenor and bass choral vocalist. But the interface lets you twist and transform the sound – by jumping between vowels, adding LFO modulation and an array of other effects.
