Lots of fun, but I can think of many more useful additions at this stage of the DAW development.
*useful FOR YOU
Was fired up but having some issues when using Maschine Mikro mk3 with the Moss extension on midi notes. Went back to 4.0.7. Nonetheless, the new additions will be welcome once the problems are ironed out.
What I really really want: retrospective recording.
I’ve been obsessed with that dribble concept for a couple years. That looks like a great implementation of it!!
The quantize value options look pretty limited given that the rest of the rhythmic options seem pretty robust.
DIgital Performer’s X steps in the space of Y notes of Z value (e.g. 7 steps in the space of five 8th notes) is the most flexible option I’ve seen. I wish more DAWs took that approach.
