   2. EVERYTHING was going for less not long ago. Production is down, raw material procurement is down, supply chain is disrupted, worker turnover is high.

         1. are you in USA? trust and believe everything went up. even behringer increased everything by $20. Wasp formerly $199 now $219. EHX pedals formerly $221 now $253. kurzweil pc4 went from $2000 to $2500. i could cite more examples this is just off top of my head.

2. They DO look good, though TBH I’m perfectly happy with the look of my OG 2s and Impact. BTW, I would also highly recommend them (in either colour iteration) if you’re thinking about either a semi-modular synth or a killer, inexpensive analog drum machine. The 2s is a particularly good value if you want to add it as an expander/controller to other CV enabled gear.

   1. Agreed! I like pairing mine with my Moog Voyager (or Slim Phatty). It’s a great way to add a sequencer and clock-synced LFOs etc to a Voyager or other similar synth.

   2. 2S owner here, it’s an excellent synth in so many ways. It’s a great addition to my single row Euro synth which means I don’t need to buy any more modules, makes excellent sequenced bass lines ( and can do very convincing 303 squelches ) and also functions as a sequencer for my Abyss when I don’t feel like using a keyboard. And that’s just the basics of what it can do.

4. i think they look fantastic! i love having different options for colors and style, i feel like it can even be a bit inspiring to get an instrument in a color combo that you’re in love with. i mean look at guitars and how many cool colors and patterns that are available, why not with synthesizers and electronic instruments as well.

5. new product sell best on the first few months, when sells goes down its time for a new one, changing colors is the easiest way.

7. These honestly don’t look that much better than the originals to me. Possibly a bit worse?

8. I always regretted to sell my MiniBrute 2S, it is a semi-modular powerhouse and the sequencer can do some crazy things. Happy to see it return after it was out of stock for a while in Germany, and the new colours look sharp too. Might pick one up.

13. A Polyfreak would be very nice before December 2022!! Note….Please Arturia, include reverb and delay in the build.
