This video, via Dreadbox, captures a live performance of Erik Satie’s Gymnopédie No. 1.
Nicolas Melis performs Satie’s well-known work on the Dreadbox Nymphes 6-voice polyphonic synthesizer.
The Dreadbox Nymphes is a compact 6-voice analog synthesizer that they say is inspired by “the chthonic demi-goddesses, who not only personify nature, but are regularly associated with the wild.”
I almost cry every time i hear this song. Not sure if its the song or the scene in Short Curcuit 2 when Johnny 5 gets beat up by the thugs and they knock his eye out.
This is a beautiful song and great performance here.

Sound lovely, I liked the delayed modulation on the pitch
B Side to Gary Numan’s We Are Glass single from 1980. It’s a great version too
