German synthesist Hainbach has announced that Wires – a Soviet Wire recorder emulator, created in collaboration with AudioThing – is now available for iOS & Linux.
Wires has been available for MacOS & Windows since November of last year.

Its interesting if you go for that dystopian movie aroma but it sounds a bit too Soviet for me, which is to say, also like my earliest craptastic cassette recorders. I don’t need a plug that licks my ears like sandpaper. I have a cat for that.
