Bastl Instruments today announced that its new Kastl Arp synthesizer, described as a ‘modular synth for everyone’, is now available.
The Kastle ARP is a modular melody generator, based on a quantized sine wave oscillator with a digital waveshaper.

impressed by the low cost and comprehensiveness but good lord this looks like a nightmare to use. some of the budget approaches to (semi) modular synth designs have me baffled as to the “Why?” of it.
