Teenage Engineering today introduced the EP-1320 Medieval Sampler – to our knowledge, the first Medieval-themed electronic music instrument.

The Teenage Engineering EP-1320 Medieval Sampler has the same hardware form factor as their recently introduced EP-133 K.O. II, reimagined with a Medieval twist.

The EP-1320 features a library of medieval sounds, including Hurdy Gurdy, Bowed Harp, Bagpipe, and Medieval percussion. The sample library also features Medieval sound effects, like the sounds of swords, arrows, witches, rowdy peasants and a dragon.

The EP-1320 Medieval Sampler also features an update set of send an insert effects.

  3. I have the original K.O. And turned it on maybe 2-3 times before today. Maybe it was my 3rd martini talking but, as soon as I saw that amazing promo video they did, I immediately bought it on Tuesday night. It’s just so absurd and ridiculous and they are almost giving it away. So I said what the heck, I had to have one.
