now we got two videos for the five guys that will buy a PS3300 and play it for what it’s worth. the rest will be in collectors and ‘producers’ hands. i’ll wait for the behringer clone i can afford, and of there isn’t one; no biggie it’s just more YAAS.
No one cares bruv, you can go back to your volcas. Not every synth is made with you in mind.
Cool story bruv
Tell us more about the so-called ‘collectors’ that you think buy up all the pro synth gear.
Not all musicians are broke – some of us save or budget for an occasional ‘dream synth’ purchase like this, the Prophet reissues or even a Moog modular system.
Ah, waiting on the Behringer clone, huh? Cute. Some of us actually save for quality gear instead of holding out for knockoffs. Not everything is made for the ‘broke but opinionated’ crowd. While you’re waiting for your YAAS, the rest of us will be enjoying the real thing.
you are cute sir 🙂
I’m enjoying my Cherry Audio emulation. It’s not an enormously complex synth, it does things a little differently to modern (later 1970’s onwards!) synths and that’s why it’s interesting. Also see CS80…….
Great demos! Those told me more of what I wanted to know than the technical bits did. Now I feel tempted to go for Cherry Audio’s 3300. Since its a major example of Unobtainium, that seems like the smart way to try it out. I’ve had a lot of synths, but this one’s sound has a unique aroma that grabs me. Weird science rules!
