Eurorack maker 2hp has introduced two new modules, the Swarm Hyper Oscillator, and the Lo-Fi audio degradation emulator.

The Swarm is a hyper-oscillator, capable creating super-saws, “tonal noise hurricanes”, and thick bass and lead lines.

The Lo-Fi module lets you emulate the sounds of old audio equipment.

2hp has built a great business by making these skinny modules that let you fill in those annoying gaps in your case.
But these modules aren’t generally as fun to use as full-size modules, because they have to strip features down to the extreme minimum, and the controls are tiny and cramped.
2hp sometimes shows tiny lunchbox systems that pack a huge amount of power into a tiny space. This is cool, but this never looks like it would be fun to use, with everything so cramped together.
