Elk Elektronik has launched a Kickstarter project to fund production of the KOLOR, a Eurorack module that makes it possible to control LED pixel strips with your modular synth.
This is designed to let you create unique lighting effects that are synchronized to your modular synth patches and performances.
Here’s a playlist of videos introducing KOLOR and its capabilities:
Pricing and Availability:
The KOLOR is available to project backers starting at about $116 USD.
Note: Crowdfunding projects can involve risk. See the project site for details.

the LED controller, that has no LED’s on it? that’s a swing and a miss.
Much like most VCOs really. Waveform generators that have no way of hearing the waveform on them?
I thought you didn’t like red LEDS anyway?
You normally complain about them when gear has it.
Which, if your colour blind etc, is a valid criticism / concern.
reminds me of this doepfer-module:
A-197-3 Controller for RGB LED Stripes
Yes, it’s similar. The new KOLOR module has individual control of every pixel in the strip though, which allows you to modulate parameters right down to the individual pixel level, and opens up some awesome options for creative lighting effects!
