Ugo has released version 2.0 of Rez, a free PC VST virtual analog monosynth, with a highly resonant low pass filter, that is capable of a wide range of sounds, from funky squishes, beastly basses and screaming leads, to tight arpeggiations, atmospheres, bells, and interesting effects.

I’m using Macs but have a couple of pc’s that I’d like to try running some synths on… so, I’ll start with some of the freebees and work up from there. I hope I can find some stand-alones since I haven’t figured out how to run vst’s yet. THANKS ! ! !
